Gurdwara Sri Patshahi Nauvin Sahib, Ghanoli
When the Kashmiri Pandits approached SRI GURU TEGH BAHADUR SAHIB JI to save their religion, GURU SAHIB promised them all possible help. On 11th Harh, Samvat 1732, after offering prayers at Sri Anandpur Sahib, GURU SAHIB set out on his journey. The first night, GURU SAHIB stayed at the site of Bharatgarh Sahib. The next day, after crossing the Sarsa River, GURU SAHIB reached Ghanoli. Accompanying GURU SAHIB were Bhai Mati Das Ji, Bhai Sati Das Ji, Bhai Dayala Ji, Bhai Shabeg Singh Ji, and Bhai Sabhas Singh Ji.
SRI GURU GOBIND SINGH JI: While traveling from Patna to Anandpur, Mata Nanaki Ji, Mata Gujri Ji, the young Gobind Rai Ji, and the entire family stopped here. The entire family traveled from Lakhnaur, passing through Ropar, Ghanoli, Bharatgarh, and eventually reached Kiratpur Sahib.
On June 1, 1924, the seventh batch of the Jaito Morcha of Gangsar set out from Sri Anandpur Sahib, stopped here for rest, and then proceeded further.
