GURUDWARA SHRI MANJI SAHIB PATSHAHI DASVIN is situated in BurMajra, Distt Ropar. It was also known as Gurdwara Sri Didarsar Sahib. SHRI GURU GOBIND SINGH JI came here in 1704. After leaving Sri Anandpur Sahib and being separated from the family, Guru Sahib arrived here on the outskirts of village Burmajra with two elder Sahibzada Ji, Sahibzada Baba Ajit Singh and Sahibzada Baba Jujhar Singh Ji, Panj Pyare (Beloved Ones) and about forty Sikhs. In those times this place was dense forst and a well. GURU SAHIB got refreshed here and took rest, Sikhs along with GURU SAHIB also drank water and let their horses too. A informer told GURU SAHIB that aurangzebs army was following them. GURU SAHIB discussed with sikhs and left for Chamkaur Sahib, Where he camped at Kachi Gari and had battle with Mughals
