GURUDWARA SHRI GURU TEGBAHADUR SAHIB is situated in Village Barna Distt Kurukshetra. SHRI GURU TEGBAHADUR SAHIB JI came here from Gurdwara Sri Nim Sahib, Kaithal while on his Malwa tour. Here a old lady from Hindu Jatt family used to worship for GURU SAHIB. She had woven a precious Dushala for GURU SAHIB and kept it in Trunk. She used to think that if my GURU is true he will himself come and take it from me. Understanding her wish GURU SAHIB came here on Horse. Mata was not fully sure about GURU SAHIB, So she offered some normal dushala to GURU SAHIB. But GURU SAHIB told here that Mata Ji my dushala is lying in third trunk wrapped in Cloth. He also asked Mata ji that he was in hurry and had to go to Delhi. Later Mata served GURU SAHIB with same precious Dushala. From here onward GURU SAHIB went towards Kurukshetra. Mata ji got a Thada constructed over the place Where GURU SAHIB was standing. After some time A droga from darbar of Raja of Kaithal came here for Horse trading. He asked Villagers about that Thada Sahib. People told him the history behind that Thada Sahib. He thought of constructing GURDWARA SAHIB there. So he discussed with Village elderly people and donated the whole amount he had with him for Horse trading, Rest People of village contributed and beautiful GURDWARA SAHIB was constructed..
