GURUDWARA SHRI GURUSAR PATSHAHI CHEVIN SAHIB is situated in village Madoke Brar, Distt Amritsar. Here SHRI GURU HARGOBIND SAHIB JI came here while coming back from Lahore. Along with GURU SAHIB was Baba Budha Ji, Bhai Bidhi Chand Ji, Bhai Jora Ji, Bhai Pirana Ji and many more sikhs were there. Sain Mian Mir Ji's sewak Bhai Abhdulah Ji met GURU SAHIB here after rescuing Mata Kaulan Ji. At this place GURU SAHIB asked his sikhs that how much is Amritsar far away from this place. Sikhs replied its not far away But A Village Madhoke Brar is also nearby, We have been to this place many times. Then GURU SAHIB along with Sikhs Bhai Abdhula Ji and Mata Kaulan Ji stayed here for Night. GURU SAHIB sat under Plah Tree. Next Morning When GURU SAHIB asked his sikhs about place to take Bath, Bhai Jetha Ji searched nearby area, But couldnt find suitable place for bath. He told GURU SAHIB that nearby is place where Buffalos take bath but because of that water is muddy. GURU SAHIB said no this water is good after getting muddy. He himself took bath and other singhs also took bath after that. After that GURU SAHIB blessed this pplace that who so ever will take bath here, recite Baani and do sewa all his/her problems will be solved.
