GURUDWARA SHRI NANKANA SAHIB is situated in Nankana Sahib, Distt Sheikhupura, Punjab, Pakistan.
SHRI GURU NANAK DEV JI was born here on 15 April 1469, to Father Mehta Kalu ji and mother Mata Tripta Ji. GURU SAHIB spent his child hood and grew up in this city and later went to Sultanpur Lodhi, where his sister Bibi Nanaki ji was married to Bhai Jai Ram ji. Later GURU SAHIB founded the Sikh religion.
